However, the manufacturers require around a minimum of 4 weeks lead time, so imagine if you already had a schedule of materials to go straight into production ... so when you place the order, their design teams then have to start the process, once again under unnecessary pressure, and race toward getting information prepared for the first zone in the sequence.
