COMMERCIAL

Modular Wiring fits this market extremely well. Consistent building types create consistent wiring methods. For many years this has meant simple supplies to LCMs and FCUs. This is still very much the case but there are now further options such as pluggable DBs, Dali, (and other protocols), location of LCMs, and other lighting requirements. As well as the standard FCUs, there maybe drops to low level, blind controls, landlord's cores. Not to mention the opportunities underfloor where modular systems can be considered as an option against the mainstream power track.

Despite its relative simplicity we don't take the Commercial sector's requirements for granted. With varying options of LCM controlled areas, to fully DALI controlled 5-wire systems, we interpret the requirements before applying the correct system. Further interaction with third parties will enable the despatch of the LCM tees to the controls manufacturer, as well as the Spurs for the FCUs being issued to the correct location to an agreed programme.

However, this market tends to leave the modular wiring manufacturing too late, for whatever reason. We think it is partly the tendering process, relationships, and maybe a lack of understanding, with an, "off the shelf" expectation, which just doesn't fit. We feel we could help here. [Contractors] by engaging with an impartial design resource, your first few floors could already be underway, with material requirements identified ready to go straight into manufacturing as soon as you can get the order raised. Alternatively, [Manufacturers] when you receive this order the demands are often not achievable with your current resource, making Curo the ideal go-to partner.
